Enterprise Solutions for Entrepreneurs

Every 11 seconds someone starts a new business in their home or apartment

Every 11 seconds someone starts a new business in their home or apartment. The U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, recently announced there are almost 21 million small businesses owners operating out of their home. Many of these owners started their company with an investment of less than 5,000 yet have gross revenues between $100,000 and $500,000 annually.

Clarence Briggs, a U.S. Army veteran, and CEO of AIT Inc. created his firm in the spare bedroom of his home. AIT has survived and thrived in spite of the bursting  "" bubble and that subsequent fall out of the 2001 recession and now the current recession. AIT has worked hard to achieve 13 years of profitability while developing numerous Web-based products and delivering services to help entrepreneurs start their own home based business.

Today AIT Inc is launching its Enterprise Solutions plans for entrepreneurs giving them the tools to create their own economic stimulus and generate recurring revenues with a state-of-the-art portfolio of web-based products. For instance, a start up business owner can, purchase and resell domain names, offer web design, and re-sell hosting services, own a search engine and interactive advertising agency or if they have a particular trade or product, joint venture with AIT on government contracts.

Advanced Internet Technologies has grown to serve over 210,000 web sites of customers that include Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses. Twice, The Inc. 500 has named AIT to its list of fast-growing firms. On three separate occasions the Deloitte & Touché Fast 500 list acknowledged its growth and profitability and it has been similarly recognized as the North Carolina Entrepreneur - Firm of the Year. The opportunities for entrepreneurs do not stop with providing Web Hosting solutions, owning a search engine and managing online advertising locally and around the world are ventures now within the grasp of startups.

According to research from Webvisible and Nielsen, reported by Marketing Charts, 63% of consumers and small business owners turn to the Internet first for information about local companies and 82% use search engines to do so, unfortunately, only 44% of small businesses have a website and half spend less than 10% of their marketing budget online.  However, the day by day the  shift to online advertising combined with first-hand experience prompted AIT Inc. to launch a new venture, tyBit .

In 2006 AIT Inc. wrestled search engine giant Google to a draw over click fraud and artificial web site traffic. Unsatisfied with the overall outcome, Briggs and his senior management team started from scratch the development of tyBit, a client-side search engine and interactive advertising network.  Individuals and businesses of any size can create new revenue streams by becoming tyBit Media Resellers and Publishers. The tyBit Toolbar and Ad Module allows a Reseller or Publisher to monetize their customer base and web site real estate by delivering, Pay Per Click and Pay Per Zone advertising income to tyBit affiliated organizations. Each Reseller and Publisher Partner receive a search application that embeds in the partner Web site, as a private label toolbar.  Publisher Partners license a private label ad module from tyBit. This allows the partner to create a proprietary ad network or open it to third-party advertisers at their discretion. tyBit actively seeks business to business partnerships.
